“ I tried this restaurant for the first time last week and I had the jerk turkey wings, bake mac and yams. I must say this is the best southern food I have ever tasted and I truly mean that. The prices are good and the food portions are good as well. I went back today and got the same thing except I got collard greens and that I must say it’s a bit salty but it’s good. I have never ever had peach cobbler before and decided to try one and it was great!!! I’m definitely going trying everything on that menu. ”

I Took My Food Home, Seasoned Those String Beans, Added Some Butter & Sauteed Onions. Bul I Tore That Food Up. “ I’ve heard about this place since the summer and wanted to try it since I was in the area. To begin upon entry, your representative, taking my order, was willing to answer all of the questions that I had about their menu items. When I ordered my food, I was also able to get a sample plate which was very helpful in terms of knowing what I would like for my future orders. This day I ordered the catfish, the oxtails, rice and the macaroni & cheese. The rice was not my favorite, but the macaroni and cheese and oxtails were delicious. I can say that some of the menu items were not in stock that I wanted to try but they were delightful in offering other options that were available at the time. I would definitely try again and recommend others to try as well. They do not have a dining area but they make big orders for catering in which you can try smaller samples before bigger orders. ”

“ Was in the area over the weekend. I was actually referred to another restaurant but decided to stop here instead and I was happy we did. I do not know what young ladies name that was working on Friday afternoon but she was amazing and such a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. I just want to give her a huge shout-out and thank you for the amazing service and food. My son ate every single piece of fish..lol. The food is amazing with even better customer service. If you are in the area stop by. I promise you won't be disappointed. The mac and cheese and yams were on point as well.
